Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR cum Admin Executive to support recruitment, HR operations, basic accounting, and administrative functions.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure across multiple functions and grow into a future HR or Operations role.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Post job openings on job portals and social platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews with internal teams
- Maintain candidate database and hiring trackers
2. HR Operations- Support implementation of HR policies and processes
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
- Help organize employee engagement activities
- Address basic employee queries and escalate when needed
3. Accounting & Finance Support- Assist in maintaining invoices, expenses, and records
- Support in payroll data preparation
- Coordinate with accountant/CA for basic tasks
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records
4. Administrative Support- Assist in managing office operations and supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Support documentation and internal coordination
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Familiarity with MS Excel (Tally is a plus)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
Preferred (Good to Have)- Exposure to IT/software hiring
- Knowledge of HRMS tools
- Basic understanding of payroll and compliance
- Internship or experience in a startup environment
