HR cum Admin Executive – Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR cum Admin Executive to support recruitment, HR operations, basic accounting, and administrative functions.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure across multiple functions and grow into a future HR or Operations role.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Post job openings on job portals and social platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews with internal teams
  • Maintain candidate database and hiring trackers
2. HR Operations
  • Support implementation of HR policies and processes
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
  • Help organize employee engagement activities
  • Address basic employee queries and escalate when needed
3. Accounting & Finance Support
  • Assist in maintaining invoices, expenses, and records
  • Support in payroll data preparation
  • Coordinate with accountant/CA for basic tasks
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial records
4. Administrative Support
  • Assist in managing office operations and supplies
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Support documentation and internal coordination
  • Help ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (Tally is a plus)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks

Preferred (Good to Have)
  • Exposure to IT/software hiring
  • Knowledge of HRMS tools
  • Basic understanding of payroll and compliance
  • Internship or experience in a startup environment
