Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Manager based in Jaipur. The role involves overseeing recruitment and onboarding, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also contribute to employee development programs, performance management, and organizational culture initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards in all HR practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
• Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Policies
• Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in an agricultural or sustainability-focused organization is a plus
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is preferred
