Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Pune. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and execute key HR functions, including recruitment, policy implementation, employee relations, and compliance. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating hiring processes, facilitating training and development, managing employee engagement programs, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and organisational policies.
