Urgent Hiring For HR People and culture Manager
Experience - 6 – 10 Years of Experience in employee engagement and culture initiatives
Location – Bangalore, Bashettihalli Industrial Area (approximately 20 km from Yelahanka)
Working Days – 5
Industry – Manufacturing, Agro, and Research & LAB will be preferred
Salary – UPTO 7.5 LPA
Language - Kannad Language is Mandatory

Role Summary
• The People & Culture Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening the organization's
HR function end-to-end (excluding payroll), while driving employee engagement, organizational culture,
performance management, and HR compliance.
• The role will play a critical part in aligning HR strategies with business goals to build a high-performance
and people-centric work environment.
Eligibility Criteria
• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 6–10 years of HR experience across operations, hiring, and compliance
• Experience in building/scaling HR systems and processes
• Exposure to employee engagement and culture initiatives
• Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor law compliance
• Experience in performance management frameworks (KPI/KRA/OKR)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data-driven approach to HR metrics and decision-making
• Strong ownership mindset with execution excellence
Key Responsibilities
• Establish and manage end-to-end HR processes and policies
• Drive employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit
• Implement and optimize HRMS and documentation systems
• Ensure statutory compliance and governance adherence
• Design structured hiring frameworks and manpower planning
• Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
• Manage KPI/KRA frameworks and performance review cycles
• Strengthen communication channels and employee connect programs
• Handle employee grievance management and conflict resolution
• Support leadership in creating a high-performance organization
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Improvement in employee engagement and retention
• Achievement of hiring targets within TAT
• HR process efficiency and compliance adherence
• Reduction in attrition and improvement in employee satisfaction
• Strong organizational culture and leadership alignment
