We are seeking a proactive and people-centric HR Manager – People & Culture to join our growing team and help build a high-performance, employee-first organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions, from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, utilization needs, and
hiring priorities
• Drive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Coordinate interview scheduling, offer rollout, candidate communication, and joining
formalities
• Manage recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and external vendor coordination
where applicable
• Ensure timely closure of positions aligned to business priorities
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management:
• Drive seamless onboarding and induction experiences for new joiners
• Coordinate onboarding readiness, documentation, access coordination, and stakeholder
alignment
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, role changes, and
exits
• Ensure a positive and structured employee experience across lifecycle touchpoints
• Support offboarding, exit documentation, and exit feedback processes
HR Operations & Compliance:
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, policies, and process adherence
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, reimbursements,
employee changes, and data validation
• Support statutory compliance coordination and HR audits as required
• Drive implementation and communication of HR policies and processes
• Coordinate POSH, onboarding compliance, induction, and policy awareness initiatives
• Ensure HR processes are accurate, timely, and consistently followed
Employee Engagement & Culture:
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, recognition
activities, and internal engagement calendars
• Drive employee experience initiatives and culture-building activities across teams
• Support internal communication and employee connect initiatives
• Coordinate celebrations, engagement programs, and team-building initiatives in
collaboration with stakeholders
• Support employer branding and people experience initiatives
Learning, Performance & HR Programs:
• Support performance management processes, goal tracking, employee development
discussions, and HR interventions
• Coordinate induction programs, learning initiatives, and training interventions
• Partner with managers to identify people-related gaps and recommend action plans
• Support implementation of HR programs and people initiatives across teams
Required Skills & Qualification :
• 5-8 years of relevant HR Generalist experience in a growing organisation.
• Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and stakeholder management
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to independently drive execution.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Strong organisational ability with close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable balancing employee experience with business requirements
• Strong problem-solving, responsiveness, and follow-through
