Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of human resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruiting top talent to meet organizational needs (staff and contractual radiologists)
• Managing employee onboarding and orientation
• Develop and execute HR strategies with the ED
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR system

Requirements:

PGDM/MBA in HR with 2 years experience (preferably in healthcare or tele-radiology)

Excellent communication & knowledge of HR functions

Self-motivated and good knowledge of Excel and PPT

Hands-on experience in Recruitment, onboarding, and Employee Relations
