Role OverviewWe are looking for a Manager – HR to handle end-to-end HR activities across the organisation, with a strong focus on employee lifecycle management, factory HR, statutory compliance, employee development, and people processes.
This role requires someone who can balance process discipline with people understanding — someone who can build systems, ensure compliance, and also work effectively with employees across office and factory functions.
This position is best suited for someone who has worked in a manufacturing setup or has practical experience in handling factory workers and shopfloor-related HR matters.
Key Responsibilities- Handle the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data
- Support and implement performance management processes
- Coordinate and drive training and development initiatives
- Plan and execute employee engagement and team-building activities
- Handle factory HR and employee coordination activities
- Support HR administration and day-to-day people-related processes
- Ensure statutory compliance related to personnel management
- Support employee relations and basic IR-related matters
- Maintain HR records, policies, and department documentation
- Maintain ISO documentation for the HR department, including required statutory registers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR process implementation
Area of Experience (Preferred)- HR management in a manufacturing company
- Factory HR and shopfloor employee handling
- HR and administration in an MSME setup
- Employee engagement and training activities
- Statutory and personnel compliance
- Basic employee relations / IR exposure
Experience & Qualification- Experience: 5–6 years in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Education: Graduation + Post Graduation in Personnel Management / Human Resource Management
- Prior experience in independently handling HR processes in a factory-linked or manufacturing setup will be preferred
