Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager – Sales & Marketing to manage and support HR functions for a large field sales and marketing workforce. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling HR operations, employee engagement, performance management and business partnering for field sales teams, preferably within the FMCG or Pharma industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR functions for field sales and marketing teams across locations.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing leadership on workforce planning, manpower requirements and HR strategies.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions and employee lifecycle activities.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Manage HR policies, processes and employee relations for the sales workforce.
• Analyse sales-force HR metrics such as attrition, manpower productivity and retention.
• Support learning & development, capability building and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
• Act as an HR Business Partner to Sales & Marketing leadership and regional teams.

Key Requirement:-

• MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
• 12–15 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with FMCG / Pharma companies.
• Strong experience in managing HR for field sales personnel is essential.
• Good understanding of sales-force dynamics, employee engagement and performance management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and people-management skills.
