Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, developing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. This role also involves managing employee performance, conducting training programs, and supporting organizational development initiatives. The HR Manager will work closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Relations
  • Proficiency in developing HR policies, procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Skills in Performance Management, Training, and Organizational Development
  • Strong understanding of conflict resolution and mediation practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
