Job Description - HR Manager (IT Services)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations and drive people initiatives in a dynamic IT services environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, performance management, employee engagement, and process implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit formalities.
• Define, implement, and improve scalable HR processes, policies, and operational frameworks.
• Lead appraisal cycles, goal-setting processes, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms across teams.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Partner with leadership and business stakeholders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Monitor HR metrics, prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and provide analytical insights for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HR governance standards.
• Drive HR operational excellence and continuous process improvement initiatives.
