Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing performance review processes, and supporting managers with workforce planning. The role will also handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to help build a positive, inclusive workplace culture. In addition, the Human Resources Manager will ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain accurate HR records, coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration, and support learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR policy implementation.
  • Experience in performance management, goal setting, feedback processes, and supporting leaders with talent development.
  • Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and facilitating a respectful, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
  • Ability to manage HR documentation, HRIS tools, data accuracy, and reporting for decision-making.
  • Familiarity with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and statutory compliance relevant to the location.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, medtech, or a fast-growing service organization is preferred.
