Job Description

Position Title-Human Resources Manager

Reporting To-Management

Location Chennai, India

Industry - Manufacturing

Position Summary - We are seeking an experienced and people-centric Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen our organization's human capital strategy. This is a senior management position reporting directly to the management team and working closely with department heads across Sales, Production & Operations, Accounts & Purchase and R&D

Purpose of the Role - The HR Manager will play a critical role in building a high-performance & world-class manufacturing culture focused on ownership, collaboration, employee development, safety, and long-term retention. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with responsibility for talent acquisition, performance management, employee retention and engagement, leadership and skill development, workforce planning, and organizational culture.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

• Master's degree/ MBA in Human Resources preferred.

• 8–15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience managing both white-collar and blue-collar workforces.

• Strong understanding of labour laws, industrial relations, performance management, and organizational development.

• Experience in employee engagement, retention, and culture transformation initiatives.
