Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Hyderabad. The HR Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including hiring, onboarding, staff training, and maintaining compliance with employment regulations. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, facilitating performance appraisals, and contributing to the overall development and retention of staff. The role will also involve strategizing on workforce planning and fostering an inclusive, productive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team leadership
- Expertise in training development, performance appraisals, and employee engagement
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HR software, systems, and reporting tools
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree or HR certifications (like SHRM or PHR) is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry and familiarity with labor laws in India is advantageous
