Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead initiatives to strengthen company culture, employee satisfaction, and retention.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance team collaboration, communication, and morale.
- Organize employee engagement activities, performance recognition, and feedback mechanisms.
Recruitment Operations
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job postings and interviews to onboarding.
- Collaborate with external recruiting partners and ensure timely fulfillment of roles.
- Track key hiring metrics to assess efficiency and quality of hires.
HR Operations & Policy Management
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, performance reviews, and compliance.
- Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with global standards and local regulations.
- Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee documentation.
- Partner with global HR counterparts to ensure consistency and best practices across regions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 610 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within the IT services or technology sector.
- Prior experience working in a global or multi-location environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, policy management, and U.S. employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
