Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations. This role is ideal for talented HR professionals with 3-5 years of corporate experience who are returning to work after maternity or paternity leave. We prioritize a collaborative environment to help you thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies focused on employee well-being, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Manage talent acquisition, emphasizing diversity and inclusion.
• Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and compliance with Indian labor laws (e.g., POSH, EPF, ESI).
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave processes to foster a positive workplace environment.
• Partner with leadership on organizational culture, succession planning, and HR analytics for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of corporate HR experience in a mid-sized firm or consultancy (e.g., recruitment, employee engagement, compliance).
• Prior experience returning from maternity/paternity leave is highly preferred - we value your resilience and fresh perspectives.
• Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field; certification in SHRM-CP, PHRi, or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indian HR regulations.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in English is a must.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: 5-7 LPA (based on experience), plus performance incentives.
• Full-time role with office timings: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
