Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Own the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process to bring top talent into the organization.
- Operations Management: Manage the Internal Operation system for seamless day-to-day functioning.
- Core HR Functions: Oversee attendance, payroll, and accurate employee records management.
- Policy & Compliance: Lead the development, implementation, and assurance of HR policy and regulatory compliance.
- Culture & Support: Drive employee engagement and support activities to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Required Experience & Qualifications- Education: MBA (Master of Business Administration).
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven HR management experience.
- Preferred: Prior experience within an Academy or Institute environment is a plus.
