Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Khanna. Responsibilities for this role include overseeing recruitment strategies, employee relations, and performance management processes. The Human Resources Manager will ensure compliance with labor laws, develop and manage HR policies, and foster a positive organizational culture. Additional responsibilities include addressing employee training and development needs, overseeing payroll and benefits administration, and implementing programs to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

• Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and HR Policy Implementation
• Competence in Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Compliance with Labor Laws
• Experience in Employee Training, Development, and Leadership Coaching
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing HR processes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
• Prior experience in a managerial HR role, ideally in manufacturing or engineering industries
