_We're Hiring: Manager HR _·´
•Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi (with weekly visits to our manufacturing unit at Farrukh Nagar, Gurgaon)
Experience: 5+ years in HR, including 2–3 years in a managerial role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and strengthen our HR function across corporate, sales, and manufacturing operations. The role requires expertise in handling complete employee life cycle - end-to-end hiring, payroll, statutory compliance, HR audits, employee relations, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Recruitment for corporate, sales, and blue-collar manpower.
Payroll: Accurate & timely payroll for all employees.
Compliance & HR Audits: Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws (Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act, CLRA, PF, ESI, LWF) and take complete ownership of clearing all HR audits successfully.
Employee Relations, Engagement & Disciplinary Management: Foster a positive work culture by driving engagement initiatives, addressing employee concerns, managing grievances, conducting fair investigations, and handling disciplinary matters in a transparent and
compliant manner.
Performance Management: Manage PMS cycles, support managers with KPIs & feedback. Exit Management: Smooth handling of full & final settlements & attrition analysis.
Handling Admin work
Ideal Profile:
MBA/PGDM in HR from a recognized institution.
5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Prior experience in FMCG with exposure to both corporate functions and manufacturing units.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, HR audits, and industrial relations. Excellent communication, problem-solving & people management skills.
