The firm is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who is an independent and a self- starter. Key responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce planning
Identify current and future talent needs aligned with business objectives
Lead recruitment strategies, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes
Build strong talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives
Talent development & performance management
Design and implement performance management systems
Support employee career development, succession planning, and training programs
Coach managers and employees on performance improvement and growth
Employee Engagement & Retention
Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, motivation, and retention
Conduct engagement surveys and analyze feedback
Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture
Stakeholder & Relationship management
Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals
Act as a point of contact for talent-related issues
Manage external vendors, recruiters, or agencies when required
Compliance & HR best practices
Payroll processing
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
Maintain accurate talent and performance records
Experience required: 5 - 7 years
Preference for candidates who have worked in a garment manufacturing set up
Working Days:
oMonday Saturday, 9:30am-6:30pm (From Office)
