Based in Pune, we specialize in producing qualified sales leads for our clients through a targeted lead generation process that engages prospects on phone, email, social, chat, web & ads. Our goal is to make engaging with prospects simple and predictable, while reducing cost per sale and increasing sales pipeline.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of employee relations and HR operations. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance. The Human Resources Manager will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and culture.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management
  • Professional degree is a plus
