Role Description

We need an HR Manager who isn't afraid of a fast-paced environment and can keep up with the demands of a growing startup. You'll be responsible for everything HR from payroll to recruitment to performance management and will directly support every department in the company. If you like being hands-on, solving problems on the go, and building structure where none exists yet, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage payroll accurate, timely, no excuses.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment: finding talent, running interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Be the go-to person for employee relations balancing people's needs with company goals.
• Run performance management cycles, feedback loops, and appraisal processes.
• Build HR processes that actually work for a lean, aggressive startup environment.
• Work closely with leadership to anticipate and meet workforce needs.

• 2+ years of experience in HR with solid exposure to payroll, hiring, employee relations, and performance management.
