Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Vadodara. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, conducting training programs, managing payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role requires active collaboration with various departments to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Knowledge of Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
• Strong skills in Policy Development, Compliance, and Labor Law adherence
• Proficiency in Training and Development, Team Building, and Leadership Skills
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational Skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in manufacturing or agriculture-based industries is an advantage
