Position: HR Manager
Location: Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays working)
Client: Premium D2C brand in the food and dairy space
Experience Required: 4+ Years
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Manager who will be involved in the overall HR function of the organization. This role offers hands-on exposure across the employee lifecycle and is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with people, processes, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination
- Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding formalities
- Maintain candidate and hiring trackers
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS/ATS updates
- Support joining, exits, and background verification processes
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes
- Assist in internal communication, engagement initiatives, and HR activities
- Support performance review and feedback cycles
Compliance & Reporting
- Assist with statutory compliance documentation and audits (as applicable)
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain accurate data records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in HR
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
