About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Associate who will be involved in the
overall HR function of the organization. This role offers hands-on exposure across the
employee lifecycle and is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with people, processes,
and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews,
and coordination
Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding formalities
Maintain candidate and hiring trackers
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS/ATS updates
Support joining, exits, and background verification processes
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes
Employee Engagement & Communication
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes
Assist in internal communication, engagement initiatives, and HR activities
Support performance review and feedback cycles
Compliance & Reporting
Assist with statutory compliance documentation and audits (as applicable)
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain accurate data records
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in HR
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Willingness to learn and take ownership
