Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Sanand. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, designing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additional responsibilities include performance management, employee training and development, and handling payroll and benefits administration.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Team Engagement
  • Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Familiarity with Payroll Management, Compensation and Benefits processes
  • Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable managing HR software solutions and office tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role
