Profile- HR Manager
Location: Thane, Mumbai
Experience: 8 to 9+ years
Ctc- upto 10.80 lpa (depends on interview)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
- Manage statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor law-related documentation
- Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Track and improve employee retention metrics, identify attrition trends, and build retention plans
- Coordinate and execute the performance appraisal process
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Drive cultural building initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's values, vision, and fast-paced start-up work environment
- Lead employee engagement, welfare, and communication initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality
- Support organizational development and manpower planning with department heads.
Requirements (Essential Skills):
- Minimum 8 to 9+ years of hands-on experience in core HR roles.
- Strong understanding of labour laws, HR policies, compliance, and statutory obligations.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Thane or nearby areas.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Confident, proactive, and capable of independently handling the HR department.
- Stable work history with a strong sense of ownership and integrity.
- Immediate joiner or available within 15 days.
