Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, including statutory compliance, industrial relations, and payroll management. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to handle workforce-related challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
Manage Industrial Relations (IR), including handling disputes, grievances
Oversee payroll processing, salary structuring, and statutory deductions
Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Handle employee lifecycle management (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, exit)
Maintain HR records and ensure audit readiness
Support management in decision-making through HR analytics and reports
Key Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
Proven experience in IR handling and payroll management
Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HRMS and MS office, particularly in excel
