Human Resources Manager

Neelgiri Chemicals is a mid-sized organization delivering high-quality chemical solutions across multiple industries. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to strengthen people processes, support business growth, and build a positive workplace culture.

This is a key role where you will take ownership of the company's human resources function. You will work closely with management to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, compliance, and performance management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Handle employee relations, attendance, leave management, and grievances.

Oversee performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.

Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.

Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.

Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR manager role.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
