Human Resources Manager (Marketing Agency)

Role Description

The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR-related activities, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and organizational development. Day-to-day tasks include managing employee benefits, enforcing company policies, leading onboarding processes, and resolving employee concerns. The HR Manager will contribute to building a strong company culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

• Proficient in organizational development, policy creation, and compliance
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in HR within the hospitality or consulting industry is an advantage
