Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and policy development. Responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, facilitating employee development programs, and handling performance management. Additionally, the HR Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and managing organizational HR strategies effectively.
