This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and policies. Responsibilities include creating and implementing HR strategies, performance management frameworks, and employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, the HR Manager will manage training programs, foster career development, and handle employee relations to create a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition processes
• Experience in Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Conflict Resolution
• Knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and Labor Law Regulations
• Skills in Training, Employee Engagement, and Leadership Development
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to implement strategic HR initiatives and align them with company goals
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
