Human Resources Manager

Role : HR – Project Hiring & Operation

Location : Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Education : MBA / PGDM / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources / Personnel Management from a reputed institute/university. Candidates from Tier-1 / Tier-2 B-Schools or reputed universities will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of assigned projects, ensuring end-to-end execution from manpower planning to project closure.
• Drive project planning and execution by collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, define hiring plans, and ensure alignment with overall project timelines.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities for the project, including onboarding, deployment, engagement tracking, and exit formalities.
• Ensure seamless coordination across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, admin, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, track key deliverables, and proactively address operational challenges or escalations to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure strict adherence to organizational and statutory compliance across all project-related activities.
• Lead large-scale, project-based hiring initiatives (300–500+ employees), including planning and execution of walk-in drives and mass hiring campaigns.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies in alignment with project requirements, managing vendors, consultants, and job portals effectively.
• Oversee onboarding for large batches, ensuring structured processes, documentation accuracy, and readiness for deployment.
• Track and analyze project and recruitment metrics (MIS, dashboards, TAT, fulfillment ratios) to drive efficiency and improve delivery outcomes.
• Manage on-ground activities across locations, ensuring smooth execution of hiring and project operations, with flexibility to travel as required.
• Ensure quality of hires, adherence to timelines, and a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

• 8-10 years+ of HR experience with focus on volume hiring & HR operations
• Proven track record of handling bulk hires in a single project
• Good understanding of offer management and onboarding processes
• Willingness to travel as per project needs
• Strong execution-driven and problem-solving mindset
