Overview

We're looking for an HR Manager who can oversee core human resource functions while supporting a growing organisation. The role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, and basic policy development. It's a fit for someone who can balance people-focused responsibilities with structured processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and mid-level roles.
• Develop job descriptions, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Work with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
• Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction programmes.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Manage exit processes, including interviews and knowledge handovers.
• Plan and execute engagement activities, training sessions, and internal events.
• Address employee queries and contribute to a positive work culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in HR operations, talent management, or generalist roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple tasks.
