Job Description

Position: Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across various departments.
  • Administer payroll management and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Oversee HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and personnel records.
  • Ensure adherence to all labour laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Develop, implement, and periodically update HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
  • Manage performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and disciplinary matters effectively.
  • Support leadership in workforce planning and HR strategy development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience, with proven managerial exposure.
  • Prior experience in the Engineering or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of statutory compliance and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
