Role Overview:

As the HR Leader for Smart Data Solutions Chennai Center, you will provide both strategic and operational HR leadership while partnering with global HR teams to align local practices with company-wide goals. This role requires a strong HR generalist background with expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, engagement, compensation & benefits, and change management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving recruitment and workforce planning for Chennai operations.
• Advising managers on employee relations, performance, and development.
• Ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies.
• Leading engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Managing local payroll and statutory benefits.
• Supporting learning and development programs.
• Collaborating with global HR to implement strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Experience with GCC/ Global HR teams.
