Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and policy development. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, managing payroll and benefits, developing employee initiatives, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also provide strategic input to align HR practices with organizational goals and support employee development programs.

• Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Onboarding processes
• Knowledge of Labor Laws, Employee Relations, and Compliance Requirements
• Skills in Payroll Management, Benefits Administration, and HR Records Management
• Experience in Performance Management and Employee Engagement
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
