Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Manager based in Mathura. The Human Resources Manager will oversee employee recruitment, training programs, and performance management. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing strategies for employee engagement and development. The role will require collaboration with different departments to address organizational needs and contribute to the overall mission of Kalyanam Karoti.

Qualifications

  • Human resources skills, including employee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Expertise in developing and implementing HR policies, handling labor law compliance, and managing payroll and benefits
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills for managing teams and resolving workplace issues
  • Experience in employee engagement strategies and organizational development
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with nonprofit operations and a commitment to social welfare is advantageous
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Ability to work on-site in Mathura and manage diverse responsibilities effectively
