About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Manager to lead and strengthen our people function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, policy implementation, and building a high-performance culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across functions.
• Develop and execute hiring plans to support business growth.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and retention initiatives.
• Drive performance management processes, goal setting, reviews, and employee development programs.
• Partner with department heads to address workforce planning and organizational needs.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary matters, and conflict management.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR operations, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Oversee HR policies, processes, and compliance with applicable labor laws.
• Design and implement employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management review.
• Support leadership in organizational development and change management initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a fast-growing organization.
• Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with performance management and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
