About the Role:
Insurefast is looking for an experienced HR Hiring Specialist who can independently manage all hiring requirements across the organisation. The role requires strong recruitment skills, market understanding and the ability to close positions quickly with quality talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete hiring life cycle from sourcing to joining
Source candidates through portals, referrals and social platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with department heads
Maintain a strong pipeline for sales team, operations team, telecalling team and tech team
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for every new employee
Track hiring status and maintain proper reports
Build strong employer branding and candidate experience
Manage monthly hiring targets as per business needs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening for diverse roles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to close urgent requirements with speed and accuracy
Good understanding of insurance or financial services hiring will be an added advantage
