Responsibilities&Duties:

Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stay current with industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Skills& Requirements:

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
