Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: India

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations in our manufacturing facility. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture that supports productivity and employee engagement and Opportunity to shape HR practices in a growing manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Management

  • Develop and execute HR policies and procedures tailored to manufacturing operations.
  • Align HR practices with organizational objectives to support growth and efficiency.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles.
  • Forecast manpower requirements and build a strong talent pipeline.

Employee Relations & Engagement


  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • Handle grievance redressal and conflict resolution effectively.

Performance Management


  • Drive appraisal processes and performance improvement plans.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and monitoring employee performance.
  • Create collaborative & inclusive work environment.

Training & Development


  • Identify skill gaps and design training programs for workforce development.
  • Promote continuous learning and career growth opportunities.

Compliance & Industrial Relations


  • Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory
  • requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with labor unions and government authorities.
  • Oversee payroll, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory benefits.

Health, Safety & Welfare


  • Collaborate with safety officers to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Implement welfare programs to support employee well-being.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office applications.
