Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and employee relations, ensuring an inclusive, supportive, and productive workplace culture. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee performance and organizational development, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing leadership on workplace policies and procedures. The HR Manager will also coordinate training programs, promote employee engagement, and address workplace concerns efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources expertise, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
  • Strong skills in policy development, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Proficiency in organizational development and managing inclusion and diversity initiatives
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and legal frameworks
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in office environment
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in payroll management.
  • Experience in the health or wellness industry is an advantage but not mandatory
