Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR functions to ensure a productive and thriving workplace. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will track performance metrics, address employee inquiries, provide guidance to management, and lead training and development initiatives to nurture talent. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
