Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ernakulam for the role of Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, and policy implementation. They will be responsible for maintaining compliance with labor regulations, fostering a positive work environment, and leading employee training and development. Additional responsibilities include managing performance reviews and compensation processes, as well as identifying and resolving workplace issues.

Qualifications &

  • Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
  • Proven skills in Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Conflict Resolution
  • Experience with Policy Implementation, and Compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Organizational Development, HR Analytics, and Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a human resources management role is highly desirable
