GVMC Global has started its operation 5 years ago in Dubai while expanding to India market in 2025. Primarely objective is to deliver white hat recruitment with provision of visas and transparent deployment of canidates.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site/remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment procedures, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, they will be responsible for training and development programs for employees.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment Procedures and Employee Relations skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
  • Training and Development program design and implementation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the HR field with a focus on employee engagement and retention
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
