Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities will include policy creation, employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and supporting organizational development. Additionally, the role will involve ensuring alignment of HR practices with organizational goals and fostering a positive workplace culture. We are primarily looking for a candidate with strong experience in payroll management and industrial relations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee onboarding processes
• Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive workplace environment
• Experience in organizational development, training, and performance management
• Competence in regulatory compliance, policy creation, and adherence to HR laws
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using HR management systems and HR-related technologies is desirable

Requirement's

• Master's degree in Human Resources or PGDM in HR/Industrial relations
• 2 to 5 Years of experience needed
