Were looking for an experienced HR Manager who can lead and manage end-to-end HR operations from recruitment to employee engagement while building a positive and high-performing workplace.
Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding using Zoho ATS
Manage payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives
Support training, policy implementation, and HR strategy execution
Ensure accurate HR data management through HRMIS (GreytHR)
What Were Looking For
46 years of HR generalist experience
Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, and compliance
Excellent communication and people-management skills
Proficiency in GreytHR, Zoho ATS, and MS Office
Location: Sindhu Bhavan, Ahmedabad
Timing- 7.30 to 4.30PM
