Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon (NCR). The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance management, training and development, and performance management. The role will require collaboration with team leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and ensure a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Transformation (HRMS)

  • Manage a robust HRMS (Keka) to automate attendance, leave, and payroll.
  • Transition from manual paper-based records to digital employee lifecycle management.

2. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for key sales & support functions that include technical (Engineers) and non-technical roles (sales)
  • Liaise with production for skilled and unskilled labor (blue-collar) positions as needed.

3. Statutory & Legal Compliances

  • Ensure 100% compliance with state & central Labor Laws: PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and Bonus Acts.
  • Maintain registers and file returns under the Factories Act, and new Labor codes.

4. Performance Management (PMS)

  • Design and implement a structured KRA (Key Result Areas) and KPI framework.
  • Lead the annual and mid-year appraisal cycles to link performance with rewards.

5. Training & Employee Engagement

  • Identify technical skill gaps and organize internal & external training.
  • Design engagement programs (festivals, recognition, health & safety).

6. General Administration & Facility Management

  • Oversee facility upkeep, security management, and daily operations.
  • Manage vendor contracts for housekeeping, transport, and office supplies.

Qualifications:

MBA or Diploma in HR is preferred.

712 years in HR, with at least 4 years in a Manufacturing/Plant environment.

Hands-on experience with HRMS implementation and MS Excel (Advanced)

Strong negotiation skills, Firm-but-Fair approach, and conflict resolution.

Proficiency in English, Hindi
