Global Buildestate Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a full-time, on-site, HR Manager who will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and Onboard new hires, conduct performance management and provide feedback.
- Handling new joinee data management, allotting biometric punches, preparing data for ID cards, file management of all employees.
- PF & ESIC Registration and Challan submission.
- Managing all the HR operations including salary preparation and payroll & benefits processing.
- Collaborate with department managers to develop accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria based on requirement.
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates through databases, job boards, social media and other sources.
- Orchestrate end-to-end recruitment processes, including bulk hiring, onboarding, and candidate sourcing.
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures that help promote a healthy and productive work environment.
- Research staffing trends, establish systematic workflows, and recommend solutions to improve our company's recruitment practices
- Manage offboarding process with sensitivity and professionalism. Conduct exit interviews to understand the reasons of leaving.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives such as Reward and Recognition, Special bonuses, incentives, etc., recognizing the exceptional performers.
- Implementation of Performance Management System (PMS) and other cycles to improve the quality of workforce within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years work experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
