Human Resources Manager

We're Hiring: HR Manager

Location: Baner, Pune (WFO – 5 days)

Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Experience: 8+ years

Are you a strategic HR leader passionate about building high-performing teams and driving impactful HR processes Join us and play a key role in shaping our organizational culture!

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and mature HR processes aligned with organizational culture

HR Policy formulation and implementation

Collaborate with stakeholders to lead change management initiatives

Utilize HRIS/HRMS tools (Keka/GreytHR) to plan, execute, and measure HR operations

Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements

Lead, mentor, and manage recruiting teams with clear KPIs

Prepare and present KPI and KRA reports to management

Required Skills & Competencies:

* Strong expertise in full-cycle HR functions in IT organizations

* Process-driven, organized, and self-disciplined approach

* Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS tools (Keka/GreytHR mandatory)

* Proven ability to lead and motivate teams

* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

* Experience managing both senior and junior HR professionals

Qualifications:

* Graduate in any discipline

* 8+ years of HR experience

* Experience in IT organization

* Minimum 2 years as Sr. HR Head or HR Manager
